We’ve teamed up with the incredible From Trees Cornish outdoor brew specialists and the renowned Woodland Trust on something really special: a three day forest immersion to celebrate all things arboreal.

There are quite a few retreats these days designed to enhance our individual well-being, but really that’s only a small part of the equation. For true well-being relies on reciprocity. Trees teach us this as they recycle nutrients into the earth, provide habitats for diverse species and share information with one another across the mycorrhizal network. What is beneficial for an ecosystem is beneficial for an individual, not the other way around.

This unique retreat experience truly celebrates reciprocity. As you step across the threshold of 7th Rise, set amongst 15 acres of ancient woodland, to fill your own cup, you will also answer the call of the wood. For it needs you, too. 

We have included essential interventions into this jam packed experience. Learn about woodland management, temperate rainforests, edible and medicinal tree uses, green woodworking, plant regenerative species, rebalance the forest and develop deep connections as one of a growing number of future stewards.

Let's face it, we are arboreal creatures. For as long as we've been human we've co-evolved with these magnificent entities; relying on them for fuel, food, medicine and shelter. We even exchange the air we breathe. So let's take some time out to get to know them better.
