Description 

A day of foraging and wild food cooking hosted by our expert instructors at the 7th Rise venue on the banks of the River Fal in Cornwall.

Cooking from the ground up. We're lucky to have diverse habitats on site: seashore, woodland, fields and hedgerow and during the day you will be shown how to identify at least a dozen edible plants, flowers, roots and herbs, plus a few inedible ones!

If the weather stays dry, we have a long outdoor dining table and if it rains we have an indoor space available too.

Lunch included

Plus equipment, instruction and hot drinks provided - just bring yourselves (and maybe a notebook). We sometimes include meat and fish in the meal; please let us know if you have any dietary requirements and we can plan accordingly.

Minimum age - 8 years.
