Meeting the Night

A day of creativity, community and light in the darkness of winter

Gather on this short day in winter and learn something new. A day of creativity, curiosity, community and crafting. You will learn to make charcoal and your own wax crayons on the fire. We will eat warming soup around the fire and play with our new art materials in the barn to make simple waxed paper lanterns to carry us home. You will leave with a few pieces of home made charcoal, wax crayon, a lantern and a full belly!

Run by Naomi Hannam – ‘I am artist, educator and nature based facilitator. My work centres around weaving connection between land, community and creativity.
