An adventure packed day of outdoor and bushcraft techniques including Canadian canoeing on the river Fal

Come and spend the day at our wild venue 7th Rise; a riverside woodland setting surrounding a 300 year old lost cottage with a treehouse, outdoor kitchen and campfires, located in Southern Cornwall on the Roseland Peninsular. Learn impressive bushcraft and fire-starting skills with our expert Jay and head out on the river Fal in a traditional Canadian Canoe learning about it's history and spotting wildlife in this picturesque environment.

Spending time in the outdoors, learning new skills and meeting new people all have significant results on improving mental health, the enjoyment of life and resilience.

Mininimum age - 8 years.
